Training

After hardware and software installation, CyberFinancial System Analysts will train your collectors on all aspects of the system.

All collection or recovery personnel will be trained in the use of the screens for daily functions and how actions are taken.

System training for collection personnel is typically three to five hours in groups of three or four.

All training is conducted on your premises using actual equipment in a training mode.
